ANGELS VACATIONS TRAVEL AGENCY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ANGELS VACATIONS Turizm Acenteliği ve Dış TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. is a fully licensed travel agency and an accredited member of TURSAB (representative of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Turkey) with license number: 16603
Hereafter; the terms; “we, us, our” will refer to Angels Vacations Travel Agency, and the term “you” will refer to the client visiting our website, booking a reservation through us, or using our services.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU
You are liable for providing accurate, well-timed, and complete information about Your form for and use of the website. We are not responsible for any claims referring to any inaccurate, untimely, or incomplete information provided to us via You.
We can only use your information under our privacy policy. We will use our best efforts to ensure the privacy of all other personal information, however, we expressly disclaim any liability for any damage that could result in any information being released to any third-party companies such as airlines or hotels, etc.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
We will ask %30 deposit to guarantee and hold your reservation. Your deposit payment will enable us to hold a reservation for you. The remaining balance shall be paid 30 days before the arrival date to Turkey.
Angels Vacations Travel Agency has the right to cancel the reservation and keep the deposit payment if the balance is not paid in full before the deadline (30 days before arrival).
As per the payment method; (Valid for paying the Deposit, Balance, and/or Full payment)
1. Through our website booking system. (via our trusted partner-TourRadar) - Credit Card/Debit/Paypal
2. Wire Transfer to our company's account. (Company's account information will be provided upon request)
3. Through a payment link that we send you upon request.
4. "Mail Order" form via email to fill out and allow us to charge your credit card by TURKEY AKBANK.
(Additional fees may apply for credit card payments. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.)
CANCELLATION
Cancellation by You:
You, or any member of your party, may also cancel your travel preparations at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the date that written notification from the person who made the reservation is acquired at our office / via electronic mail. We advise that you use recorded delivery/read receipt. Any cancellation will incur a price to reflect the affordable expenses incurred by way of us in arranging and canceling your booking. fees for cancellation after the stability due date will vary because of the complicated nature of our tour itineraries. Please notice, the charges for many flights are non-refundable.
We must receive your cancellation notice in writing by email, fax, or overnight courier, and your cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your notice.
You can cancel your travel 30 days before arrival and receive a full refund (Except for the flight tickets).
The cancellation policy will be as below:
30 - 15 days before your arrival %30 of your payment (deposit) will be charged as a penalty,
14 - 08 days before your arrival %50 of your payment will be charged as a penalty,
07 - 01 days before your arrival %100 of your payment will be charged as penalty,
Cancellations by Us:
We will take all affordable precautions and apply reasonable checks to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. It is not likely that the company will make changes to the clients’ recommended tour but if for any reason this cancellation happens from our side, you’ll receive a full refund of your payment or you will have an option to postpone the travel date. It will be up to you.
INSURANCE
We’ll be offering a limited insurance in our Turkey packages but this insurance will have very limited content and will only be valid once you enter the country.
That’s why we’re strongly recommending that you buy a comprehensive insurance for your entire journey from your country.
PASSPORT AND VISA
You are completely accountable for complying with passport and visa necessities. According to the situations of their countries, foreign nationals visiting Turkey can achieve an e-visa from the internet site www.evisa.gov.tr or apply in person at certainly one of Turkey’s foreign embassies. Once you book services through us or our website, you and the ones you travel with; will be agreeing to be bound by the terms & conditions of this agreement and any additional terms & conditions of any provider that is used in your booking or travel arrangements.
Also, by accepting this agreement, you’re guaranteeing that you are of sufficient age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use, you are legally authorized to act and decide on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf. You’re also guaranteeing that the information supplied by you or members of your group is true and correct.
You will be responsible for informing the people you’re traveling with of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements. You will also be accepting that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those using your name or account.
